2. Within 24 hours of the lesson start time: Rescheduling of confirmed lessons is not possible.
Cancellation:
1. More than 24 hours before the lesson start time: Cancellation is possible.
2. Within 24 hours of the lesson start time: Cancellation is not possible. The student need to write to info@french-kangaroo.com and explain the cancelation of the lesson.
